Counselling Therapy

Welcome to a space where your inner world is met with deep warmth, presence, and genuine curiosity.

Here, therapy is not about fixing what is “broken,” but about exploring your thoughts and feelings in a shared, relational journey. By attuning deeply to your unique experiences, we work together to understand the patterns that shape your life and discover the pathways toward true healing.

I am a Sheffield-based Re-Vision trained Integrative Transpersonal Counsellor. My practice is grounded in a holistic perspective that honour the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Sometimes life gets tangled. You might be feeling anxious, stressed, burnt out, stuck in difficult relationships, or moving through a big life change. Sometimes there aren't quite words for it — just a feeling that something needs to be listened to.

That's where we start.

By listening carefully, I attune to where you are emotionally. I pay attention not only to what you say, but to the images, dreams and patterns underneath — to understand more precisely what your symptoms are asking for.

Being integrative means I don't stick to one model. I draw on different approaches to suit you. Being transpersonal means we include the whole of you, with space for the deeper, more soulful stuff if that matters to you.

I am direct, grounded and collaborative. I won't just sit back and nod. We'll work together — honestly, kindly and at your pace — to make sense of what's happening and find a way forward that feels true.

If that resonates, I'd love to hear from you.

I work with: anxiety, stress, burnout, relationships, life transitions, loss, feeling stuck or at a crossroads.

I offer: In-person in Sheffield and online. Warm, confidential, collaborative.

The Journey - Mary Oliver

One day you finally knew what you had to do,
and began,
though the voices around you kept shouting their bad advice
— though the whole house began to tremble
and you felt the old tug at your ankles.
"Mend my life!" each voice cried.
But you didn't stop.
You knew what you had to do,
though the wind pried with its stiff fingers at the very foundations, though their melancholy was terrible.
It was already late enough, and a wild night,
and the road full of fallen branches and stones.
But little by little, as you left their voices behind,
the stars began to burn through the sheets of clouds,
and there was a new voice

Fees & Practical Details

Taking the first step toward therapy can bring up many practical questions. Below you will find details on fees, format, and what to expect as we begin our work together.

To begin, I offer a 15-minute chat. The aim of this is to get a sense of what brings you to therapy and to give you a chance to hear my voice and style and see how that feels for you and answer any questions that you may have.

This is to give you time to think about whether this is the right therapy for you. There is no obligation to continue but if you decide you want to go ahead we can book an online 50 min session.

The initial consultation is a low-pressure space for you to ask questions and experience my approach first hand.

Session Formats: Sessions are online via a secure video platform.

Frequency: Sessions are typically held weekly at a recurring, dedicated time to provide stability and continuity for your therapeutic process.

Fees: £60 per 50-minute session.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without incurring the full fee.

“We need people in our lives with whom we can be as open as possible. To have real conversations with people may seem like such a simple, obvious suggestion, but it involves courage and risk.”

— Thomas Moore
